Post Graduate in Chemistry from Mysore University, Manasgangotri, Mysore and M.B.A from Bangalore University, Bangalore. Started career as a Lecturer in Chemistry during 1973 – 74 and thereafter joined NGEF for about eight and half years. Joined KSIIDC in January 1983, Since then worked in project appraisal, monitoring & disbursement, recovery, planning & development areas in ksiidc.

Graduate in Electronics & Communication Engineering and Post Graduate in Business Administration. With an initial stint in the telecommunication industry (owned by Birlas) for 5 years, joined KSIIDC in 1981. Since then handled various departments in the project financing and infrastructure divisions. Presently heading one of the infrastructure project development division.

Post graduate in commerce and associate member of the Institute of company secretaries of India, New Delhi. Joined KSIIDC in April 1976, Presently Deputy General Manager & Company Secretary handling company secretarial matters, Also heading Personnel & Administration department and Financial Services Division.
