An Engineering graduate from Banglaore University. Work Experience with a Company, Manufacturing Flame Proof light fittings and NGEF Ltd., for over 4 years before joining KSIIDC during January 1983. Since then held various positions in KSIIDC. Presently heading Financial Services Division, Information Technology and Internal Audit Departments.

Graduate in Arts (B.A.(Hons), Law (L.L.B) and Post Graduate in Social Welfare (M.S.W) Bangalore. Worked as personal officer in Syndicate Bank. Joined KSIIDC in July 1985. Since then held various positions in KSIIDC, Presently heading the Legal Department.

Post graduate in Civil Engineering with Highway Engineering (Traffic & Transportation) as specialisation. Initially worked as Lecturer in U.V.C.E and was involved in teaching, reasearch and expert consultancy. Subsequantly worked in Karnataka Urban Infrastructure Development & Finance Corporation (KUIDFC) for 12 years. Was heading the project preparation division and handled Asian Development Bank Urban Infrastructure Development Projects, Joined KSIIDC in July 2008 as Dy. General Manager and presently working on development of Seaport at Tadadi and Gas pipeline(GAIL) Projects.
